As a Functional Nutrition Specialist and 7+ years as a meditation and yoga guide, I use my understanding of the human body and my passion for Ayurvedic wisdom to help you live to the fullest.

My holistic seasonal offers are here to help you reclaim your natural nutrition habits to deeply support your digestive and nervous system. 

I believe this is the foundation of true mental and physical health, as we treat the body as a whole person in rhythm with nature.
