Service Description

Discover what your body needs to optimize your digestive, hormone, and brain health. We will be using modern, science backed Functional Nutrition, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, proven coaching tools AND put it all into practice. It's going to be life changing! 6, 60 -minute bi-weekly classes, Tuesdays @7:00pm, beginning August 26th- Nov4th Available via zoom or in person at my home studio in Saratoga Springs, UT. Recordings for missed sessions will be made available.
